Funkdub at Telford’s— May 2nd

Telford’s Warehouse and Funkdub live are proud to present Lazy Habits on 2nd May 2015.

Influenced by New Orleans Jazz, Soul and Hip Hop, Lazy Habits blast their sound into the 21st Century with hard hitting beats and slick lyrics about modern British culture and urban life. The band describes their sound as: “Beats, Rhymes and Brass of the highest calibre.”

With the release of their second studio album ‘The Atrocity Exhibition’ and video for single ‘The Breach’ featuring The Kingsman’s Taron Egerton, who stared alongside Chester’s very own Joshua Whitehouse, Lazy Habits set about a UK tour across several cities including London, Bristol, Manchester, Leeds and most importantly Chester. But what makes the Chester show so special?

Well for one, it is the only date on the tour in which you can see the band for free. That’s right, if you arrive before 8pm you won’t have to pay a penny to see the UK’s No1 live Hip Hop outfit and even if you arrive late it’ll only cost you £4 pounds. The event is also supported by Funkdub who’ve already brought you the likes of The Skints, Gentleman’s Dub Club and Dub Mafia to name but a few. Coupled with DJ Sets from 3DJ & GKush who’ve had the privilege of main slots at Boomtown Festival the guarantee of quality music is second to none.
