A Knitter’s Guide to Chester – By Mel & Suz

Mel & Suz

It’s official knitting and crochet are  cool.   Knitting is more popular than ever with many proven benefits.  It has even been called “Yoga for the mind”.  Perhaps  because it provides a balance and calm to our fast paced, technology driven lives.  Or perhaps you just want to knit a scarf!     If you have crafting skills you will be in demand, or if you want  to learn, knitting groups are being set up where like minded people can meet to share their skills and learn new ones.    Groups of knitters regularly meet together to knit, chat and unwind over a ball of yarn.
